Honestly, the way they keep talking about stimulating the economy by giving more money to people who already have too much is baffling. It’s like they think the answer to everything is just hoping some of it trickles down. But I see kids every day who need a decent education, who need opportunities, and that trickle-down nonsense doesn't touch them. We pour money into tax breaks for corporations and the super-rich, and what do we get? More inequality and schools struggling to buy basic supplies. It's infuriating.

My proposal is simple: a significant increase in corporation tax, and a serious look at closing loopholes that let the wealthiest avoid paying their fair share. This isn't about punishing success; it's about reinvesting in the foundations of our society. The revenue generated should be directly channelled into public services that actually build the future.
