Stop Wasting My Taxes on Bureaucracy, Fund Actual Doctors

I'm sick to death of hearing about NHS waiting lists and understaffing, yet when you actually look into it, so much of the money is disappearing into some middle-management black hole. It’s infuriating. Brenda’s had to wait six months for a scan, and all I hear from the news is how much more money they need for 'administrative efficiencies'. What a load of codswallop.

My proposal is simple: slash the fat. Rip out the layers of management and bureaucracy that seem to sprout like weeds in every public sector organisation. Every pound saved from these pen-pushers should be directly reinvested into frontline services – more nurses, more doctors, more equipment that actually gets used to treat people. We need people fixing bodies, not filling out forms.

Furthermore, let's introduce some genuine competition and choice where it actually makes sense.
