Scrap the NHS and go private

I think we should ditch the NHS and move to a private healthcare system, it's the only way to get some real efficiency and choice into our healthcare. The current system is bloated and slow, with too much money being wasted on bureaucracy and not enough on actual patient care.

We need a system where people can choose their own healthcare providers and pay for the services they need, rather than being forced to rely on a one-size-fits-all state-run system. This would give people a real incentive to take care of their own health, rather than just relying on the state to fix everything.

I know some people will say that this would be unfair to those who can't afford private healthcare, but I think that's a simplistic view. There are already plenty of private healthcare providers offering affordable options, and with a bit of competition and innovation, I'm sure we'd see even more.
