Fix Mental Health Support Already

I'm fed up with the constant lip service paid to mental health support in this country, it's all just empty words and broken promises. I've seen friends and family struggle to get the help they need, only to be met with massive waiting lists and subpar treatment. It's like we're just not taking this seriously enough.

I think what really needs to change is the way we fund mental health services. We need to stop relying on charity and goodwill to fill the gaps, and start putting proper funding in place. That means increasing the budget for mental health support, and making sure that money is being spent effectively. We should be investing in community-based services, so people can get help in their own towns and villages, rather than having to travel to some distant hospital.

It's not just about throwing money at the problem, though that's a good start.
