Fund the NHS Properly for Once

I'm proposing that the government increases NHS funding by at least 10% annually for the next 5 years to tackle the chronic understaffing and underfunding that's crippling our healthcare system. This is desperately needed because we're at a breaking point, with nurses and doctors burning out and patients waiting months for treatments that should be routine. It's a scandal that in one of the richest countries in the world we can't even get this right.

The current situation is unsustainable, with hospitals relying on agency staff and charitable donations just to keep going. This isn't just about throwing more money at the problem, it's about recognizing the value of the people who work in the NHS and giving them the resources they need to do their jobs properly. It's about making sure that when we're sick or injured, we can get the care we need without having to wait or worry about the cost.
