Voters want change. We hear that. We understand that. We are the party of change. And we can prove it, because we have changed our logo.
The new logo is 3% more modern than the old logo. It uses a different shade of the same colour, and the font has been updated from one nobody recognised to a different one nobody will recognise. The rebrand cost £2.3 million, which is a lot, but you cannot put a price on appearing to have changed while everything else stays exactly the same.
Further changes are planned for phase two, including a new website, a new mission statement, and a new way of saying the same things we said before but with more contemporary vocabulary. The word "stakeholder" will be replaced with "community" throughout all documents. This is progress.
