Enough with Westminster fiddling while Scotland's NHS burns. Time for a real fix.

Why are we still relying on a system designed for another country, especially when it’s clearly not working for us up here? Our NHS is meant to serve Scotland, not English targets or whatever Whitehall thinks is important this week. It’s time we took full control and tailored healthcare to our own people, our own geography, and our own needs.

My proposal is simple: transfer all remaining devolved powers over healthcare to the Scottish Parliament, with full funding attached, and establish a distinct Scottish Health Service accountable only to us. This isn’t about reinventing the wheel; it’s about finally having the reins to do what’s right for Scotland.
