Scrap the NHS Bureaucracy

I think we should drastically cut the administrative side of the NHS, it's a huge waste of money and resources that could be spent on actual healthcare. The NHS is one of the best things about this country but it's being strangled by all the pen pushers and managers who don't actually do any real work.

I've seen it myself with my daughter's anxiety treatment, we had to deal with so many different people and forms just to get her the help she needed, it was like they were trying to make it difficult on purpose. And all the while there are nurses and doctors who are desperate to just get on with their jobs but are stuck filling out forms and attending meetings.

It's not like this is some kind of radical idea, other countries manage to run their healthcare systems with a lot less bureaucracy and they seem to do just fine.
