Scrap the ULEZ Charge for Small Businesses

I had a passenger the other day, a bloke who's been running a market stall in Hackney for years, and he's at his wit's end with the ULEZ charge. He's already paying a fortune for his van, and now he's got to shell out even more just to drive into the city, it's like the council wants to put him out of business.

I've seen it myself, the number of small traders and market stalls in London has been dwindling for years, and it's not just because of the charge, but it's definitely not helping. These people are the lifeblood of the city, they're the ones who make London feel like London, not some soulless chain store or coffee shop. And yet the council seems more interested in lining their own pockets with fines than in helping out the people who actually live and work here.

I think we should scrap the ULEZ charge for small businesses, at least for now.
